The Township is currently accepting applications for the Community Grants & Donations program, aimed at providing financial assistance to community groups and organizations within the Township to assist with activities or special events.  This support is in recognition of the value of these groups to the well-being and growth of the community and in helping the Township retain a strong community focus.  Each year, as part of the annual budget process, Council will determine the financial commitment to the Community Grants & Donations program. In addition to direct grants, “In Kind” grants will also be considered.

Successful applicants that received a monetary award in 2023 are reminded that the financial evaluation form, which was included with the cheque in 2023, and again as a reminder in December 2023, was to be completed and submitted to the Township by the December 31, 2023 deadline.  The evaluation form and supplemental financial information, as outlined in Bylaw 2019-76 is required to be completed in order for the community groups and organizations to be eligible to receive cash funding for the upcoming 2024 program.
