The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal's Council members represent our community and Wards, and are guided by the Council Code of Conduct Policy, which details their standards of conduct, communication to the public, and more. 

Council meetings

Council generally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, 18 Centre St, Spencerville. In December, Council meets on the second Monday of the month. You can view the Council Meeting Calendar for the dates and times of all Council meetings and review our meeting agendas, minutes and video recordings online. If you'd like to make a presentation or speak at a meeting, you can request to speak before Council.

Integrity Commissioner

The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is committed to being open and transparent.  Our Integrity Commissioner acts as an independent and impartial investigator that looks into the ethical conduct of our Municipal Council as outlined in the Municipal Act.
