The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is divided into three electoral wards. Each ward has one elected representative on Council. The Mayor, Tory Deschamps, and Deputy Mayor, Stephen Dillabough are elected at large and represent citizens from all wards.

Meet the elected officials for each ward:

• Ward 1 is comprised of Cardinal and surrounding area and is represented by Councillor Joe Martelle
• Ward 2 is comprised of Johnstown, New Wexford and surrounding area and is represented by Councillor Waddy Smail
• Ward 3 is comprised of Spencerville and surrounding area and is represented by Councillor Chris Ward
