NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO STOP UP, CLOSE AND CONVEY AN UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCE IDENTIFIED AS PART 4 ON PLAN 15R-6142; AND THAT THE LAND BE CONVEYED TO THE OWNER OF 7064 COUNTY ROAD 44

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal intends to pass a bylaw during the regular meeting of Council scheduled for December 12, 2022 to stop up, close and convey an unopened road allowance identified as Part 4 on Plan 15R-6142, in the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal.

Any person who is concerned that their land will be adversely affected by the proposed closure may submit a formal letter to the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal no later than November 30, 2022. Additional information relating to the proposed closure and conveyance is available on the Township website through the October 21, 2022 Combined Committee of the Whole meeting agenda, and at the Township Office located at 18 Centre St, Spencerville.
