NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO STOP UP, CLOSE AND CONVEY UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCES IDENTIFIED AS:
QUEEN STREET PLAN 6 JOHNSTOWN BETWEEN SECOND STREET AND THIRD STREET THAT MAKE UP PART 1, OF REGISTERED PLAN 15R12268; AND
SECOND STREET PLAN 6 JOHNSTOWN BETWEEN PART 2, OF REGISTERED PLAN 15R7494 AND PART 1, OF REGISTERED PLAN 15R6481
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal intends to pass a bylaw during the regular meeting of Council held on December 12, 2022 to stop up, close and convey an unopened road allowance legally described as Queen Street Plan 6 Johnstown between Second Street and Third Street that make up Part 1, of Registered Plan 15R12268; and Second Street Plan 6 Johnstown between Part 2, of Registered Plan 15R7494 and Part 1, of Registered Plan 15R6481, in the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal.
Any person who is concerned that their land will be adversely affected by the proposed closure may submit a formal letter to the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal no later than November 30, 2022. Additional information relating to the proposed closure and conveyance is available on the Township website through the October 17, 2022 Committee of the Whole meeting agenda, and at the Township Office located at 18 Centre St, Spencerville.
