Notice of Traffic disruption on County Road 2 

Please be advised that County Road 2, (CR2), will be closed to traffic for approximately 2 hrs between Canal St. and Dishaw St. in Cardinal on Saturday October 14^th. The closure is necessary to facilitate the rail reinstatement that crosses CR2 and runs down Bridge St.

CR2 West bound traffic will need to detour down Bridge St., turn west on Dundas, and reenter CR2 corridor at the junction of Shanly Rd. and CR2.

East bound Traffic will need to exit at Dundas, proceed east and rejoin CR2 at the end of Bridge St.

Unfortunately, its not possible to give an exact time frame for the closure as it depends on the timing of the underground infrastructure work completion. The closure is expected to occur in the afternoon.
