The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal has completed the delivery of water and sewer bills to households in New Wexford and Spencerville as of Monday, December 9. Payment Options

To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, the following payment methods are available:

• Online or Telephone Banking: Use your banking institution’s services to make payments directly from the comfort of your home.
• In-Person: Visit the Municipal Office located at 18 Centre Street, Spencerville.
  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • After-Hours: A secure drop box is available at the front entrance for your convenience.

Important Reminder

Payments are due by December 31, 2024. We encourage residents to pay by this date to avoid additional charges.
