Questions and concerns
If you have any questions, concerns or if you believe your assessment is incorrect, contact MPAC for more information on your inquiry. You may ask to have your assessment reviewed and an adjustment may result. There is no charge for requesting a reconsideration of your property's assessed value. The deadline to file is March 31 of the taxation year for which the assessment applies.
You may also file an appeal with the Assessment Review Board (ARB). Visit the ARB for more information on arranging an appeal, or follow the instructions found on your Property Assessment Notice.
